For a fast food that was very unexpected! Do have hot pasta ready so fast. Also pretty decent and good price.
Not sure why they even have any negative reviews. Unless they fired some bad staff members that used to work there. But there were three ladies working there and all of them were very nice! One had even clocked out to go home and was making suggestions on what I should get. The manager was great! Super friendly the place looked clean, and the food was great. Better than Olive Garden at fast food time/price.
Haven't been to one since I was a little girl. Food took a while to come out, but it was understandable considering it's not fast food. When it did come out, it was hot and delicious. The two ladies were very friendly and sweet. Family had a good time. Kids had crayons and a variety of coloring sheets to entertain them during the wait so they were happy. A enjoyable experience. Would visit again.
We Had takeout. My husband is a trucker so it was an in and out kinda deal. Our FIRST time ever eating at any of this chained places but it was absolutely amazing We had a great time and absolutely wonderful food.
The customer service was great! The staff were friendly and attentive. Southern hospitality and overall wonderful manners from everyone working today. As a Christian man I was so pleasantly surprised by the professionalism here. I highly recommend stopping by for some good food and great service.
It was pretty good got the Fettuccine Alfredo and a Salad. The customer service was on point and they were nice , let me take my time ordering when they knew it was my 1st time trying this place. I would reccomend going here if you want to try out a little lower class Italian spot, but it's still 5 stars in my eyes for the good customer support and food!!
Had the pizza baked meaty spaghetti, so delicious and the breadsticks were also good. Fazoli’s is so good, can’t really go wrong if you like Italian food.
I have been to this location several times and will always come back here. The food is great and the service is excellent. I am horrible with names but the young lady that always seems to work the register deserves kudos! She is always on top of things and personal and very precise in ensuring accuracy! She normally wears cute glasses with bats on the holder.
